About Litigation

Our niche Litigation Department punches well above its weight. We are hard hitters who enjoy taking on anyone and we get results. We offer commercial solutions to commercial disputes and with our specialist knowledge of alternative litigation funding we make litigation work.

Once we take on a case we are committed to winning. Our first objective is to reach a settlement through negotiation but when a settlement cannot be reached, we have an excellent success rate in picking the right cases to take to trial.

Our Litigaters are passionate about their cases. Litigation can be expensive and in some cases the cost can be disproportionate to the sums in issue. We specialise in alternative forms of funding from Conditional Fee Agreements or no win no fees ("CFA's"), Discounted CFA's, Fixed Fees and Third Party Funding. As you would expect, when purchasing any goods or services you should know how much you are going to pay in advance. Traditionally, litigation has been an open ended cheque book but alternative funding puts an end to this approach so you can financially plan your litigation in advance, knowing that you can see it through to the end. We can source or offer the best funding solution for your circumstances.

We primarily act for high net worth individuals and small to medium size entrepreneurial companies who expect their lawyer to think 'outside the box'. Our clients expect the personal touch from the litigation partners. We work in small teams and give our clients full support in all aspects of their case. We know how stressful litigation can be and we take some of the stress away from you so you can concentrate on your business.
