Francesca Flood

Assistant Solicitor

Francesca joined the Firm as a solicitor in 2009. After completing her undergraduate degree at Durham University and the accelerated LLB at College of Law, London Francesca trained with a corporate city firm Maclay Murray & Spens where she worked in the banking & finance, corporate & financial services and commercial litigation teams.

Francesca has experience in and advises across a range of commercial disputes and issues. A large part of her case load concerns commercial matters. Francesca has recently advised on litigation in respect of hedging and facility arrangements; alleged breaches of directors’ fiduciary duties; mortgage fraud; professional negligence and various commercial contract disputes. Francesca also undertakes a wide range of non-contentious commercial and corporate work.
