Maxine Dacres

Having studied at London Metropolitan University and The College of Law, London, Maxine trained in South East England and qualified in 2004. She has worked at both regional and city firms and successfully acted for both corporate and non-corporate clients. Maxine also worked at The Treasury before joining Lorrells in March 2008.

Maxine has expertise across a wide range of civil/commercial litigation including but not limited to, various commercial contract, property and construction disputes, professional negligence, financial/banking litigation, equine law and personal injury. She also has experience and is able to offer advice in relation to alternative dispute resolution, insolvency and bankruptcy.

With good client relations she is approachable and able to explain complex legal issues in a straightforward manner. Maxine strives for excellence and her goal is to successfully bring or defend each matter taken on.

In her spare time, Maxine has been involved in various fund raising campaigns for Cancer Research and Leukaemia Trust.
